Well the 144 is below, and as for the 185, it is a 110 watt chip. These chips dont really get that hot until you get into the higher OC's. I had a 165 for a while running at 3.1ghz daily and with my Koolance RP-1000 and a CPU-305-H06 cpu block from Koolance as well. My temps were very consistent at right around 24c idle and 28c under load. In my opinion you cant get a better chip for the AMD.
