Sounds like what you need is a single-stage phase change unit, I am in the process of building mine with V2-V3. I will post pictures of the process and what everything is/ how it works. These units will typically get yur proc in the -35c to -65c range. If thats too complex, you can always go with a water chiller unit, which is essentially the same equipment used in a phase, but to chill the water in your water cooling loop. If these are too extreme for you atm, then water cooling is a good start, but I hate to see that proc above teh -degrees.
