His proccessor is core stepping due to extream heat issues, and one out of 4 cores is running(bad) peltiers really cant keep up with an overclocked quad core due to the sheer lack of cooling ability. on a single 120 rad we got a quad core to 3.5. The peltier system is exteamly ineffecient(5% max).
EDIT: Other than that his ocs are great! But the point of a quad core is, is to have all 4 cores running faster than 2 right?
