I would highly recommend going all 3/8", and getting a couple quad splits to get your HDDs cooled, those raptors are hot drives! I am goin to link a couple of things below that I think should be in your system.

Cpu block
North Bridge block
South Bridge block
Gpu blocks
Hard drive coolers
Pump, Rad and Res
Quad Splits
Drain Valve
GPU sli connector
