how about have someone from Next Gen fax something to them on official letterhead. Put me down as being from Next Gen and say you will push for subscriptions to whoever gets them. Tell them abit about our upcoming project (not too much just enough to make their mouth water) and say you want them to have the first chance at writeup but you do not want to detract from the PDXLAN contest tho it will be there.
