OK! i think there is a "small" problem
when i removed my mosfet heatsink i noticed something(s) missing, here is how my mosfet looks:

and here is a regular one:

i don't know if this is normal but i don't think so, please someone comment on this

EDIT: i also removed the other mosfet heatsink and i also found two are missing!!?
