Condensation is dependent on your ambient humidity. So just make sure your numbers account for the semi-extreme. A good temp would be about +45F. Else you're asking for trouble. Remember, even marginal sub ambient temps will improve your cooling efficiency at least 200%.

Any condensation and you'll have a bad time, at least at some point in a production environment.
