overclocked questions

i have run into a bit of an issue. i've tried figuring out how to overclock my system in hopes of squeezing as much life out of it as possible untill i can come up with the money for the homebuilt i'm looking forward to working on. the problem is that although i've been able to do a nice job on the graphics card, i haven't even been able to touch the processor at all. so is there anyone out there who can lend a hand? and in case it helps, here's the specs on my current rig: (i wont blame you if you laugh, lol)

dell dimension 2400 (bought in oct. 2004)

2.4 ghz intel celeron processor w/ 333 mhz fsb
512 mb of DDR SDRAM

i know overclocking the cpu deals with voltage, but i can't seem to touch it with the options they give me in setup, so is it that i'm just looking in the wrong place or am i fighting an uphill battle with two broken legs?
