U of I server ranking question...
Hey, I have been recently playing as ]WSU[ Peanut Butter and something weird happened on the ranking system. For about 2 weeks I was first place by a long shot with like 2700 or so points. Last weekend I left and came back and I was still first with my same amount of points, but when I got back from this weekend I suspiciously dropped 800 points down to about 1900. When I asked about it goldKirby or something said that I lost points for inactivity ... And he was first with a score less than my previous score had been.

After he left the server me and my friend Jelly started to realize the weirdness of me loosing 800 points randomly, because Jelly didn't loose any points over the weekend and he didn't play either. We also noticed that my kills went waaaay down from what they really were, so the points appeared to be taken away in the form of kills. We were also very curious why when we joined it was kirby, some other guy, and one bot playing agianst like 6-7 bots. Most annoying of all was that the map rotation was taken off and left on Dust2 ... *gag*. Maybe for maximal bot-ownage?

Jelly and I then joined the terrorist force and pwned kirby enough making him leave. Teehehe... SO ANYWAYS, is there really some sort of inactivity penalty, let alone one that docks 800 points in 2 and 1/2 days. Just curious ... everything added up kinda suspiciously. Thanks

Yeah, that was pretty messed up...

Though the two of us showed them who deserved to be number one.

hmm weird i noticed that my score has dropped randomly also. Ill ask backburn is there is some sort of penalty but i don't believe there is.

well a server reset would cause you to loose all your points not just 800.

Hmm... That could be it ... but it was just so random. #1 on Friday, come back Sunday and I lost 800 points ... Puttin me in like ... 7th or something. Anywho ... Lets figure this out.
