So, the story is that some engineers at Dell found an issue with their servers and started talking to Intel and Microsoft. A huge bug was found in the Core 2 Duo and they released a patch for Windows to fix it. Its being called a 'reliability update', YA RIGHT! Anyway, there's a link to the Microsoft patch page at the bottom of the article.
