new system specs!!!
well, after graduating basic i found myself with a brand new HP laptop as a present and i was just wondering how well it would do for games seeing as how vista's on it and none of the benchmarking programs i have seem to be working right. here are the specs:
CPU: 2 GHZ AMD Turion 64 X2 processor
RAM: 3 GB (don't know the speed of it yet)
GPU: 256 mb nvidia geforce 8200m capable of up to 1407 mb of shared RAM
HDD: 250 gb
monitor: 15 inch HD LCD monitor with a resolution of 1366/768
operating system: 32 bit windows vista home premium
so, i know it has to be better than my desktop rig but as to how good it is compared with the games there are today to test it with, i can't say for sure.
