system requirements issue
ok, since i have finally obtained a dual core machine, i have a question regarding system spec requirements. if the requirement asks for, say a 2.8 ghz processor and you have a 2 ghz dual core, does that mean you have the equivalent of a 4 ghz processor if doing a comparison or what?
