Intel

Intel overclocking....

best Manufacturers for overclocking ( What I have had best results with )

Motherboards: ASUS, DFI (i personally like ASUS the best. Plus they fix anything you break).

Video cards: ASUS, BFG ( BFG has a lot of potential but still ASUS is champ )

Memory: Corsair ( Corsair is the only way to go! )

CPU: INTEL (duh) the best stepping for a socket 478 system is the D0 stepping.

Cooling: Koolance, DangerDen ( koolance is kicking ass for proformance. But Danger Den Is all about the looks )

For ease im going to start out with my current system.
CPU: P4 3.2Ghz C0 stepping (EWW bad stepping)

Motherboard: P4C800-E Deluxe ( very best for P4 478 Overclocking systems )

Video Card: Asus 6600GT/TD Top Overclock Limited Edition 1.6Ns 128Mb
Ya i know its not the 6800 or 7800 beast it should be but hell it overclocks like no other.

Memory: Corsair DDR 1 4400 550Mhz TwinX PLT Edition Cl 2.5 3 3 8. This stuff will make any DDR1 System Drop to its Knees.

Cooling: Koolance Exos Radiator With a Toyota 4-Runner Oil Cooler 180W GPU Water Block, 180W Chipset Waterblock, 200W CPU waterblock.
