ASUS Has "New Departments?"
When I received an E-Mail earlier this week from Asus's RMA department I was pleased with the speed of their RMA process and how easy it was. One thing caught my eye, Several "New" department phone extensions!
Is Asus specializing their tech support departments as far as accessory replacements and Motherboard Bios troubleshooting?
What does this mean for the Quality of their current tech support? will specialization of departments make it more easy to find a solution or is it a move that will inevitably complicate troubleshooting multiple or complicated problems.
