VapoChill LS Mod
DarthBeavis recently shipped us his stock Vapo LS for an overhaul, we got some work ahead of us

Current Progress:


Work Log:


Frozen Vapochill LS Evap head mmm chilly!

V2-V3 baby!

-40c on initial R290 charge, not bad

If you look close you can see Backburn on the right.

Installation of the Capillary rube.

Stock Vapochill LS Evaporator head, with 10ft of 0.048 diameter capillary tube.

Removal of Insulation, new schrader valves, and Liquid line filter dryers just waiting on top of the Vapo

Don't Touch will Explode!!!! Keeps the Noobs away

Smooth Creations did one hell of a paint job on this baby, just look at her shine!

The beauty is there, but Team NexGen will give her the power to shine!

sweeet, i am preppy a couple nice RaptorX's for Hellmouth for when the Next Gen Edition Vap comes back . . .I did order one of these to be made just for giggles:

Ill be hitting up the supply house for a new captube and hopefully i can find a better condenser.

Don't get me too busy, I wont have time for PDX

Im working on the Evap ATM, sizing it for the new Captube.


Removed Vapochill LS Evaporator head, working on Capillary tube removal.

Stock Vapochill Evaporator head.

Using a MAPP gas Torch to melt the silver braze holding the suction tube and Evaporator head together.

Removal of the old suction line ( Steel Corrugated Flex tubing )

Just Brazed in the temp suction line, new Capillary tube, and liquid line filter.
mixing a blend of R290/R744
