World Record: "8GHZ Project" USA, Part 2
Its time to kick off the 8GHz project with some news and more kick ass Pictures

Recently we attended PDXLAN in Portland Oregon, PDX is a 500 person gaming event where we decided to show the attendees how to get more Frames Per Second out of their rigs, giving them a leg up on their opponents.

During the event we decided it would be a great opportunity to get the 8GHz project rolling once again!

Intel has done It again

X38 Chipset DDR3 and a Yorkfield CPU 12mb L2 1600MHZ FSB 3.2 GHZ! QUAD CORE!

So after all those pics, here's the bread and butter.


CPU-Z Validator Database
It took me about 45 mins of clocking then freeze-locking to get this far. As it looks right now, 8Ghz is not as hard as we thought.
