LN2 is not something you want for daily usage 
its only viable application is for World Record overclocking which usually consists of a system up time of about 10 hours.
azeotropic refrigerant blends are what you want if your looking for sub -100C
But its going to be a big refrigeration system to keep you below -100c under load, probably 3 1hp scroll or Rotary compressors in series for a nice cascade.
at that point you wont really be using azeotropic blends, more like straight gases, c02, argon....
