Ok guys my laptop has taken a crap and so I have to get a system up and running for my wife and daughter to use. So I pulled this out of the closet and booted up fine.. well was having problem with the bios and said well this is a couple years old might flash the bios well did it right from asus web page with there updater.. said it was 100 % well not it wont post.. I've tried everything it says on different forms, everything from making a dos bot with the bios rom on it named and everything.. Still Nothing.. any suggestions.. Shouldnt matter but heres whats in it

I know it is a bad bios flash anything I can do besides taken it apart and sending it back to asus?? There a little slow..

wait, you updated the bios and now its not working?

If thats the case, call ASUS bios department or RMA department and have them ship you a new Bios Chip its like $1 for the chip or free i dont remember.
