Dont do it!!!!, aluminum rads. Check the koolance block for flatness too.

i think fluid xp+ ultra doesn't allow corrosion, or im wrong? and i already checked and its flat, thats what making me go crazy

i don't know about the corrosion, but it is non conductive BELIEVE ME because if its not my rig would be in the garbage right now because when i first assembled the w/c setup one tube went loose and spilled everywhere while it was on and its still running after i cleaned everything

lol its not 100 % non conductive there is a few things that fluid xp well burn up like powersupplies..

we have spilled koolance fluid all over mobo's before and it has been fine. Fluid xp is in no way non conductive. just a little bit less than water... and corrosion inhibitors are not even 80% effective.

ok, if the issue is not flat-ness, then it has to be somthing else. Have we ruled out the pressure factor? is your loop configured: res>pump>cpu>rad? Maybe you are still using to much thermal paste? pull your block off, take pics of the contact its making
