HOWTO: Overclock AMD FX-62
got a bit of dilema and seeking a solution.i want to oc my amd fx 62 to more than 3.080 that my asus crosshair motherboard allows(10%),but don't know where to start.all advice will be appreciated.

Secondly which board are you overclocking on?

Ok, than this is simple. Go into bios, and go into jumper free configuration. Then set AI tuning(or overclocking) to manual, bump up the voltages as much as you feel safe with(maybe .1 or .2 volts) and the up the FSB speed. Then Change CPU ratio support and lock it at like 9 or so.

i got it overclocked up to 3.1 stable.thanks for all of you guys help and advice.got too busy with work did'nt have the time to post my progress.
