Easy Bake Oven Surface Mount Soldering
Solder melts good at 325F, 350F is best for removing components.
1. Battery Explodes at 350F
2. Plastic CPU retention clips melt at 375F

Its really handy for replacing surface mount components on a HDD PCB.

V2, edit ur post and add some step by step pics for removing/mounting MOSFETs and ICs with the easy bake. You might want to look into using heat guns for spot IC removal.
