Yeah i hadnt restarted it in a week
SRCDS is such a piece of crap. You have to restart it daily to keep it running tip top.
I should write a cronjob... :P
Anywho, its been restarted and playing smooth again.

damn i still ping 100. 8hrs ago u restarted it. I dunno why either i ping 20-30's in like 100 diff servers.

the university's connection is saturated during peak hours: Noon-6pm
